ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION
We will completely remove your old rotten timber roofline, fascias, soffits, bargeboards and guttering.Slide the first row of tiles back and remove all corroded felt and debris.Dress and remove all the rotten rafter ends with secure fixings, then build up or cut them back to make sure they are all level.Attatch 9mm solid PVCu or 10mm hollow soffit boards to the underside of rafters.Attatch 18mm solid PVCu facia boards to the front of the rafters, and on barges.A variety of ventilation systems can be installed.Install new guttering at the correct angle to allow water to disperse efficiently.Install new plastic eaves guard which directs rainfall from the tiles into the gutter if requested.Install bird guard if requested.Replace your roof tiles back into the correct position.Replace all box ends with single piece boards where possible. Supply and install dry verge end caps if requested.Install new downpipes if requested.Walk around job with customer and inspect all works carried out.Tidy up and remove all rubbish from job.Payment to be made upon completion.GM Roofline guarantees precise, timely, and efficient work.
